Gokul S. - Kumarakom Lake Resort – Kerala, India: Our stay at Kumarakom Lake Resort was made even better by Gokul, a young man from Room Service who knew the true meaning of service.

From taking our orders which included a lot of special requests to delivering and not just setting the table for dinner, but also taking the time to serve us, not only at the beginning but staying with us and serving us throughout the meal.

More than once I thought to myself that I have been in five-star restaurants that did not do as impressive a job as Gokul did.

It was evident that Gokul has true love for his job and makes it his first priority to make sure that ever encounter with him is special.
