Cathay Pacific First Class Lounge - Paris, France (Charles De Gaulle Airport, PAR)

Nice, but not quite Bombastic.

Cathay Pacific First Class Lounge - Paris, France (Charles De Gaulle Airport, PAR): Though we were flying British Airways First Class, we were able to use the Cathay Pacific Lounge Paris while we waited for our BA flight. Located at Level 2 between Terminals 2A and 2C, the lounge was a spacious affair with seating up to 120 persons. (Click here to see our Paris Reviews).

When we first entered the lounge, we were taken aback by the large space. It was about three times the size of the old Cathay lounge in Charles de Gaulle. There was plenty of room to spread out and you get the feeling that you weren’t on top of the others.

Privacy and space were aplenty; however, the same can’t be said of the dining options. A buffet of hot and cold European and Asian dishes, as well as its own Noodle Bar, though the range of choices was limited. The noodle dish I had however, hit the spot.

The lounge also featured four shower suites for freshening up, six PC workstations, and free Wi-Fi throughout the lounge. With all that the Cathay Pacific Lounge Paris had to offer though, it falls short of being measured up to Bombastic.

Our rating? Almost Bombastic, but very close to being Bombastic.

Rating: Almost Bombastic
