Patine Wijnbistro Antwerp, Belgium: What a find this little wine bar was!

Pantine's rustic décor had hints of trendy and chic thrown which just allows you to relax and enjoy your wine even more.

I was there on a Saturday evening and the place was packed. Like the décor, the patrons were an eclectic group: locals out for a fun evening and visitors relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The wine list was extensive and had a large selection by the glass, half-bottle and bottle, reds and whites from around the world. It is a wine lover's paradise.

They also offer a small dining menu. I tried the fried goat cheese salad and vegetable lasagna. Both were just as good as the wine and the atmosphere, bombastic!

If you are in Antwerp and love your wine, you must try Patine.
