Brasserie FLO - We asked the concierge at Le' Meridian for a great place for steak, veal or lamb and they suggested Brasserie FLO, but once we arrived we realized that they actually specialized in seafood.

The selection of meat entrées was adequate but not outstanding. Service was above par but you never really sure who was your waiter as so many different people attending to us.

The restaurant is in an old theater, which makes for an interesting atmosphere however, they pack you in like sardines (maybe because they specialize in seafood?) so do not expect a quiet romantic dinner. Overall, the food, wine and service were good but not good enough to give it a bombastic rating. Maybe if we had seafood we could call it bombastic, but we did not so I cannot.
