The Ritz Carlton Berlin has an elegant 19th century décor. The heavy marble columns in the lobby were quite impressive. The check-in was quick and efficient and I was shown to my room within no time at all. The guest room I was staying in was appointed with exquisite furniture and offered panoramic views of the Berlin skyline. Touch screen controls, wireless internet access, a work desk and a comfortable sofa were the highlights of the room. The marble bathroom was equipped with mirrors, dual sinks, heated flooring and a sunken bathtub.

The Brasserie Debrosses served breakfast, lunch and dinner. This classic 1875 French brasserie also had an on-site bakery. The Curtain Club reminded me of an elegant British Gentleman’s club. This bar served a large selection of martinis and champagnes. The lobby lounge offered a tea service beside a fireplace.

The Ritz Carlton Berlin was also equipped with an indoor pool, a sauna, spa tub and a fitness centre. A “joggers' station” was present at the entrance of the hotel with fresh towels, mineral water, fruit and route maps. A business center and a technology helpdesk were the other amenities available.

Check out at this luxury hotel in Berlin was fast and quick and I did not face any issues with the bill. Overall, the Ritz Carlton Berlin was situated in a prime location and offered a luxurious stay with some great food. Our rating for this hotel is Bombastic.
