Asia Restaurant at Four Seasons Amman – Amman, Jordan: Located on the upper lobby level of the Four Seasons Amman, Asia Restaurant serves contemporary Japanese, Chinese, and Thai cuisine in a classy setting, as can be expected from the Four Seasons. With a capacity of just over 50 guests, the restaurant is medium in scale but quite spacious and relaxing with wonderful views of the city, providing luxury and serenity for an enjoyable and intimate dining experience.

We went here for dinner and immediately fell in love with the modern Asian interiors. Dark wood was used predominantly contrasted with beige accent walls, white ceilings and ambient lighting. The menu was quite extensive and included popular and favorite dishes such as dim sum, maki rolls, sushi, wok-fried specialties, and curry dishes. For our appetizer, we ordered tuna and salmon sashimi. Both were delicate, fresh and tasty but the portions were on the small side and thus not so satisfying for the price. For our main dish, we had Thai Chicken Curry which we enjoyed thoroughly. The spiciness was just perfect to titillate our taste buds, preparing us for the next dish.

They had more than a dozen types of Maki rolls to choose from but most did not sound all that exciting (salmon with cream cheese, California, vegetable Maki) so I went with the standard spicy tuna and a trio of fish roll; plus I asked them to make a special roll for me and they did not hesitate to say yes, this is what I call service!

The wine list was decent and the service excellent. Asia Restaurant at the Four Seasons in Amman, Jordan is a place I would definitely recommend, and I can easily say, Asia Restaurant serves up the best sushi in Amman. Bombastic!
