Located on the top floor of Al Qasr, Vinaigrette in Amman offers breathtaking views of the city through its large windows. This recently renovated restaurant follows a stylish yet comfortable boutique theme. The restaurant is divided into two sections, smoking and non smoking. Jazz music plays in the background.

I was at Vinaigrette Amman for dinner. The staff handed over the menu as soon as I was settled in. The wine menu didn’t have too many options. But the dinner menu had a lovely list to choose from. I tried a variety of sushi and sashimi including grouper, manure, unagi and their tempura special. Everything was quite good. Yes, I can say I was impressed. Service was friendly and attentive.

Overall Vinaigrette is definitely a place to try sushi in Amman. Our rating for Vinaigrette Amman is Bombastic.
