Not Just for Dessert!
The Chocolate Bar - Salmiya, Kuwait: Located across the Gulf Road from Marina Mall, is the premier dining spot in Kuwait, Marina Crescent.
Marina Crescent houses mostly restaurants and one such restaurant is The Chocolate Bar. The name misled me to believe that the restaurant offers only desserts. To my surprise, the restaurant offers a good selection of hot and cold dishes and of course, desserts. One you must try is the chocolate fondue.
The service was disorganized and it was not as quick as I would have liked it to be. Ambiance, on the other side, was just right. Sitting outside with the beautiful view of the marina and the endless parade of people walking by, it made for an enjoyable dinner.
The presentation of food was not given much importance. The dishes would have looked more tempting if they had been presented well, but the important thing was that the food was surprisingly good.
With its trendy interiors, The Chocolate Bar attracts a diverse crowd but the evening I was there, it was packed with young Kuwaitis and a few foreigners.
The Chocolate Bar is a perfect place to spend some good time with a bunch of friends over chocolate desserts or to catch a relaxing lunch as you peer out over the marina.
Overall, my experience at The Chocolate Bar was nice, but it did not rise to the level of Bombastic. My rating is somewhere between bombastic and not.

I have been to this place once and it sucks.
Very poor customer service and I advice my friends not to go near even.
On top of these, the time they take for billing and giving the cash back will take ages.
If I need to complain, the guy who supplied me didnt tell me the right information.
In total, kindly dare to enter the so called Chocolate Bar.
