Golden Triangle, Thailand located in the northern most part of Thailand it is also known as one of Asia's two main illicit opium-producing areas. It is an area of around 350,000 square kilometers that overlaps the mountains of four countries of Southeast Asia: Myanmar (Burma), Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand.

However, the main reason for visiting this area is to see the natural beauty of Thailand and if you are lucky you will be able to see (and maybe visit) Burma and Laos which are located just across the river.
