Il Matto – Quebec City, QC Il Matto is an Italian restaurant in Quebec that is located in Hotel 71. It’s dining area is relatively small so reservations are a must. The beautiful décor is enhanced by the glass bar, dark stylish chairs, and wood-finished tables. There are metal accents all around to give the place a semi-industrial look that works.

The menu had a good selection, and the pastas were excellent. For dessert lovers, Il Matto’s Bomba - a donut with sugar and chocolate and nut sauce – is definitely “Bomba-stic” and a must-try. All these combined with the restaurant’s good service and moderate prices, Il Matto is definitely a place I would go back to for lunch.

So what’s the verdict? A resounding Bombastic!
