From its beautiful lobby to its luxurious rooms the Mandarin Oriental oozes class and style. Their service rates at the top for any hotel I have visited in North America.

I visited Mandarin Oriental Miami to celebrate an anniversary. I contacted them in advance to arrange some special touches to make our stay memorable but they took my ideas to a completely new level. Beautiful flowers, complimentary Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, special touches at the evening turndown service and beautiful in-room breakfasts were just some of the special things they did.

The gorgeous room with the beautiful view and the five-star service would have been enough to give The Mandarin Oriental a bombastic rating but the special touched just made it that much better.

Whether you are in Miami for business or for pleasure, do yourself a favor and book a room at the Mandarin Oriental. It is a bombastic hotel that will surpass your every desire.
