Nerano, Italy

Nerano, Italy is a small fishing village located between the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento. Enchanted by the village’s beauty, Emperor Tiberio Nerone built a villa in this area and called the village Neronianum, which eventually became known as Nerano.


While it is small and charming, the sites to see here are abundant: the beautiful beach Marina del Cantone, the fiord of Crapolla, the Natural Marine Reserve of Punta Campanella, Jeranto Bay, the Grotta delle Noglie, historic towers and houses, and enchanting villas. Probably the most magnificent, however, is the view from the village which encompasses the entire Gulf of Salerno, Li Galli, Vetara, the Amalfi Coast, Jeranto Bay, Punta della Campanel
