Full priced, but half full cocktail gets them a lower rating

Zuma in Bangkok has successfully opened its sixth Japanese inspired restaurant last December of 2011. Zuma Bangkok offers a brand new and stylish dining and drinking experience for Japanese cuisine lovers. Like any Zuma restaurants from all over the world, their branch in Bangkok is super trendy and cozy at the same time.

The bar area of Zuma in Bangkok is spacious enough to accommodate many people, with interior designs both inspired by Japanese and Western contemporary designs. The bar of Zuma Bangkok is located near the outdoor terrace area with half the bar inside and the other half out. Not only was it a neat set up, it had a cool vibe to it.

We went to Zuma just for a drink and we were awed with their service. The place itself was very cool and relaxing. We ordered martini and it was good but our only complaint was that it was served half full. We asked the bartender about it and he said that it was considered a full order.

Although we loved every Zuma restaurant we’ve been to, this Zuma in Bangkok is the least we liked and it didn’t receive the highest Bombastic rating from us, but this is based solely on our bar experience.

What I liked: Atmosphere

What I didn’t like: The drink was served half full

Rating: Almost Bombastic
