Hotel Savoy - Florence, Italy - Located in Piazza Republica, not far from the Duomo, the 5 Star Hotel Savoy offers the convenience of being in the middle of it all, but more importantly, it offers great service and beautiful rooms with great views of the piazza. The rooms are decorated in light colors with flair towards trendy. Beautiful wood floors and an intricately tiled bathroom add to the beauty and charm of the room.

The lobby is small but very welcoming and the concierges are all top notch, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The Hotel Savoy has a small gym, a bit under-equipped, a beautiful coffee shop, pricey but beautiful and a full service restaurant. The restaurant's menu and food was lacking to say the least, definitely not a place I would recommend.

As a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, it's no surprise that overall the Hotel Savoy is bombastic and highly recommended regardless of if it's for just a day or a whole week, either way you will be in total comfort.
